As a Staffing Consultant, you will identify recruiting needs and develop appropriate recruiting sources to ensure a consistent applicant flow. Recruit, screen, interview and evaluate applicants. Perform inside sales functions via phone-based sales/marketing calls to existing and prospective customers. Assist with payroll, and perform other administrative and staffing duties as necessary.
Requires a strong ability top effectively juggle multiple priorities, superior customer service and business development skills, and a can do results driven attitude. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), plus solid computer skills (MS Office, Outlook and Internet) are a must. Prior experience in staffing and/or hiring is key.
